قد نعالج بيانات الحساب والمصادقة، وبيانات اللياقة والتغذية التي تدخلها مثل العمر والجنس والطول والوزن والهدف والنشاط والمعدات والقيود والحساسية وخطط وسجلات التمرين والغذاء والقياسات. نعالج أيضاً حالة الاشتراك والاستحقاقات اللازمة لتشغيل Premium. لا يستلم NASQ أرقام البطاقات أو بيانات الدفع الكاملة؛ الدفع تتم معالجته بواسطة متجر التطبيق.
يبدأ الاستخدام بسجل محلي مشفّر دون اشتراط حساب. توضّح شاشة الحساب أن إنشاء الحساب أو تسجيل الدخول يشغّل مزامنة بيانات الملف والصحة والخطط والسجل تلقائيًا مع Supabase. يمكنك إيقافها من الإعدادات ويُحفظ اختيارك. تُستعاد آخر نسخة تلقائيًا إذا كان السجل المحلي فارغًا؛ لا تُستبدل بيانات محلية مختلفة دون مراجعتك. صور التقدم الحالية والمحادثات تبقى محلية ولا تُرفع ضمن المزامنة. تسجيل الخروج يحتفظ بالسجل والصور مشفّرين ويخفيهما حتى دخول نفس الحساب. إيقاف المزامنة لا يحذف نسخة سحابية موجودة؛ استخدم حذف النسخة السحابية أو حذف الحساب.
قد يستخدم NASQ خدمات مثل Supabase للمصادقة والمزامنة، وRevenueCat لإدارة حالة الاشتراك والاستحقاقات، وApple/Google لتسجيل الدخول أو المشتريات، وقد تستخدم البنية التحتية Cloudflare. قد تُستخدم تشخيصات اختيارية منقحة مثل Sentry فقط إذا كانت مفعلة في النسخة الإنتاجية وبموافقة المستخدم. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية للمعلنين ولا نستخدم تتبعاً إعلانياً في النسخة الحالية.
نستخدم البيانات لتشغيل الحساب والخطط والتتبع والمزامنة والاشتراكات والاستعادة والإشعارات المحلية والأمان وتحسين الأداء. تبقى البيانات بقدر ما يلزم لتقديم الخدمة أو حتى تطلب حذفها، مع احتمال بقاء سجلات محدودة أو نسخ احتياطية لفترة معقولة لأغراض الأمان أو منع الاحتيال أو الالتزامات القانونية. قد تحتفظ Apple وGoogle وRevenueCat بسجلات معاملات وفق متطلباتهم وسياساتهم.
يوفر التطبيق أدوات لتصدير البيانات، إيقاف المزامنة، حذف النسخة السحابية، حذف البيانات المحلية وحذف الحساب. حذف الحساب لا يلغي اشتراك المتجر ولا يعني بالضرورة حذف سجلات فوترة يجب على المتجر أو مزود الاشتراك الاحتفاظ بها. وفق القانون المنطبق، قد يكون لك حق الوصول والتصحيح والمحو وتقييد المعالجة وسحب الموافقة. في الإمارات ينظم المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم 45 لسنة 2021 بشأن حماية البيانات الشخصية عدداً من هذه الحقوق.
نستخدم HTTPS وضوابط وصول وتدابير مناسبة لطبيعة الخدمة، لكن لا توجد حماية إلكترونية مطلقة. NASQ مخصص لمن تبلغ أعمارهم 18 سنة فأكثر.

We may process account and authentication information; fitness and nutrition information you provide such as age, sex, height, weight, goals, activity, equipment, restrictions, allergies, workout and nutrition plans, logs and measurements; and subscription status and entitlement information needed to provide Premium. NASQ does not receive full card details; payments are processed by the app store.
You can start with an encrypted local record without an account. The account screen explains that creating an account or signing in automatically syncs profile, health, plan and history data with Supabase. You can turn sync off in Settings and your choice is retained. The latest backup restores automatically when the local record is empty; different local data requires review before replacement. Photos and chats stay local. Signing out retains encrypted history and photos and hides them until the same account signs in. Turning sync off does not delete an existing cloud copy; use the cloud-copy or account-deletion controls.
NASQ may use Supabase for authentication and optional sync, RevenueCat for subscription status and entitlements, Apple/Google for sign-in or purchases, and infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare. Optional scrubbed diagnostics such as Sentry may be used only if enabled in production and consented to. NASQ does not sell personal data to advertisers and does not use advertising tracking in the current version.
We use data to operate accounts, plans, tracking, sync, subscriptions, restore purchases, local reminders, security and stability. Data is retained as needed to provide the service or until deletion is requested, subject to limited security, fraud-prevention, backup or legal retention. Apple, Google and RevenueCat may retain transaction records under their own requirements. The app provides export, sync controls, cloud-copy deletion, local-data deletion and account deletion. Account deletion does not cancel an app-store subscription.

We use HTTPS, access controls and appropriate safeguards, but no electronic system can guarantee absolute security. NASQ is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
